1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

We keep collection to what we need to answer you and run the site:

  • Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, company and the details of your enquiry when you submit our contact form or email us.
  • Information collected automatically. Standard server and analytics data such as IP address, browser type, referring page, pages viewed and time on page.
  • Advertising and measurement data. Where you arrive from one of our campaigns, we may record the click and conversion so we can measure performance.

We do not ask for, and ask that you do not send us, sensitive personal information such as health, financial account or government ID details through this website.

3. How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
  • To provide and administer advertising services to clients.
  • To measure how our own campaigns and website perform.
  • To keep records required for accounting, tax and legal purposes.
  • To send occasional updates, only where you have asked for them.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

The site uses cookies for basic functionality and for measuring traffic. Advertising platforms we work with may set their own cookies or pixels to attribute conversions. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; essential parts of the site will still work, but some measurement will be incomplete.

5. Sharing your information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:

Client campaign data. Where we manage advertising accounts, the data inside those accounts belongs to our client. We act on the client's instructions and do not reuse their audience or customer data for anyone else.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement plus seven years, where accounting rules require it. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form.

7. Your choices

You may ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop sending you marketing email. Email info@theabcadsagency.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or national privacy law, including the right to opt out of targeted advertising.

8. Security

We use encrypted connections, access controls and reputable hosting to protect information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will remove it.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted on the home page for 30 days.
